Aswini Kumar Bramha, better known as Aswini, is a famous actor in Ollywood Industry. He has made his acting debut in 1999 with Bikash Das directed Odia serial “Mun Bhalapae” and proved him to create a secure place in the Ollywood Industry through his acting skill. His success is the result of a combination of factors. and he's now keen to add different kind of roles to his portfolio.

He got awarded the state award as the best actor for his running serial Manini.

Biography

Aswini was born on January 18 in village Ramachandrapur, Delang block , Puri Dist, Odisha. He was brought up there and then moved to Bhubaneswar. Aswini Kumar was born to Paramanand Rajguru and Sailabala Rajguru. His father is a high school headmaster.

His father is a popular theater artist, has performed in many drama's as a guest artist in “Arnapurnna Theater” and as a main artist in “Jaydurga Club” at Delang his native place.

So from the very beginning Aswini was quite familiar with the Drama and acting. He got inspired from his father to get into it.

Career Profile

After the successful journey of the 1999 serial “Mun Bhalapae” he joined at “Satabdi Ra Kalakendra” academy in 2001 to sharp his acting skill, Where he learned a lot about the basic of acting and able to polish him in a better way.

There he was under the training of Guru Dhira Mallik, Guru Darpanarayan Sethi and performed in many Dramas in and Out side of Odisha.

Then his career taken a vital turn towards the Ollywood Industry and flows with full swing. After that he had never looked back. His willingness made him able to get a place like Ollywood.

Till date Aswini has featured in many films, mega serials and received much appreciation for his acting skills. In Etv serial “Tulashi” his character Bibhu brought him much appreciation.

His serials like Sanshkar, A Gapa Mala Janhara, Patighat and many more. He gained fame for his drama, romance and comic roles. He started becoming known for his performances in movies like Gotia Aasanta Gotia Mana, Superstar and Subhashis Pati's Gadbad. His challenging performances able to showed success on him. He also got state award for "Gadbad".

The most inportant Aswini Brahma was received the 27th Odisha State Film Awards 2015 in Best Actor categories for his powerful acting in tele serial “Manini”.

“This is a wonderful experience and I am very honored for this character Arjun in “Manini”. This is always a challenging character for me. All credit goes to Satabdi Ra Kalakandra, my family, the whole team of technicians, co-stars of "Manini" for creating such an amazing serial.
